The Challenge
Forward Ability Support (FAS), a purpose-driven not-for-profit supporting Australians with spinal cord injuries, wanted to strengthen focus, collaboration, and resilience across its executive team. Balancing operational pressure with mission-driven work required a more sustainable, structured approach to leadership capacity.
The Solution
